Lots of up to date data!!!!
Lots of up to date data!!!!
Perfect and accurate
Not accurate and no support for Canada. Dont do it. I bought in app purchase and still a waste
The description sounded good so I bought the app. The problem is that the forecast and radar image I receive is from Mobile, Alm
After paying for the upgrade to get radar I found it to be worthless. The radar map is stuck on the Hawaiian islands while "loading" forever. Or else it just shows a bad map of the continental US. If you get the app at least dont pay for the upgrade there are much better radar apps out there. I have noticed also that it claims the moon is waning gibbous tonight with an age of 17.8 days with the correct date, when actually it is a waxing gibbous 2 days away from full. I wouldnt trust anything about this app.
This app used to be good but does not work anymore. I cannot enter my zip code or anything it only allows me to visit the city not actual zip codes. It doesnt allow me to search for anything only what they have. I dont recommend this app to anyone.the old one was great , thats the one l used every day.
A weather app that gets its data straight from NOAA is a fantastic idea, but there are a few problems that need addressing. The current conditions icon is actually an icon for the forecast for the whole day, so that definitely needs checked out. In the location list, I couldnt find a way to delete the predetermined list of cities, which could be annoying. If these bugs were fixed, this could be a phenomenal app for weather, but as is, its a bit on the buggy side.
Even after upgrading ($$$), the app isnt as good as others, even free ones. The temp badge doesnt stay current, unles you open the app. Info is okay, but for NOAA, could definitely be better.
Good up to date information
This is the. Best I ever had really good potential ", thanks to all have worked on it .!!
I would be willing to pay for a no ad version.
Fix it.
Very nicely organized and a ton of official data.
If I could give it negative one star I would. I downloaded the NOAA app hoping it would be more accurate at forecasting current and upcoming temperatures than other apps, like wunderground. It lists the current temperature in my town (Ojai CA 93023) as 71°. Its 93°! Not bad, too low by 22°! Yesterday, if forecast a high of 81°. It hit 104! Today its forecasting a high of 79°, which as you can see above has already long since been exceeded. I wrote to NOAA for an explanation. No response yet. If they fix it, I will change my rating. But right now this app is totally useless.
I work outside and use this app every day. The radar is the best !
Your wind direction indicator is pointing backwards. Weather vanes always point in the direction from which the wind is coming. So, an East wind would have the wind indicator pointing East, not West as yours does. This is elementary meteorology. Also, by listing todays low temperature as the overnight low for tomorrow morning puts todays morning low in yesterdays data. Todays low usually occurs this morning, not tomorrow. Both of these anomalies in your app have me wondering why you avoid these long-standing conventions.
After paying for the upgrade to get radar I found it to be worthless. There are much better noaa radar apps. Even after paying the $1.99 I will likely delete the app.
I would expect a lot more from NOAA. I was initially very excited about this app. I even paid for the upgraded version. That being said, it takes forever to update information. It continues to ask me if I would like to upgrade (even though I have and deletes and reinstalled to be sure). This app still needs a lot of work - especially at $1.99!! Looking forward to updates to address these issues!
Dont waist your time. Worst iPhone app Ive ever seen.
I find this app frustrating. If I had to pick one shortcoming, its that the current weather as well as the forecasts do not update in a timely fashion. I dont think that its unreasonable to want accurate information by 6:30am.
