Could be a lot better

I would expect a lot more from NOAA. I was initially very excited about this app. I even paid for the upgraded version. That being said, it takes forever to update information. It continues to ask me if I would like to upgrade (even though I have and deletes and reinstalled to be sure). This app still needs a lot of work - especially at $1.99!!
Looking forward to updates to address these issues!
